Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you buy from Nina B.

If it's not exactly right, you can return your purchase for exchange or refund within 28 days, but during the Christmas period we are happy to extend the return deadline to the end of January. Items must be returned inside the original box and packaging.

Unless it is faulty, jewellery that has been worn, altered or engraved cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.

Any charges for gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

Seal the jewellery into the original packaging and return to:

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.  We cannot accept responsibility for anything lost or damaged when posted by you.

As soon as we receive your package we will send a replacement or credit the card used for your purchase. Just let us know which you would prefer.
